Katie was born and raised in Grand Rapids, leaving only for a couple years to finish her B.A. degree at Fort Lewis College in Colorado before returning to the city that she loves. As a lifelong resident with almost 20 years as a real estate agent, clients put their trust in Katie's knowledge of the local housing market and how it will best match with their unique home buying wish list. Prior to joining Keller Williams in 2014, Katie owned and operated Dodgson Southwell Properties with her father and sister for ten years.
